Jumbo Food's Return Policy

We appreciate your patronage at JUMBO FOOD INTERNATIONAL SUPERMARKET.

1. Most store items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 7 days of original purchase date.

2. Refridgerated Frozen, Fish, Meat, Dairy and Produce must be returned within 8 hours of purchased time with a receipt.

3. All item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.

4. Jumbo Food's No Receipt policy applies to all items. No Return, Refund or Exchange accepted without a receipt.

5. You have the option of a cash refund (for purchases under $25), a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase (for purchases over $25), a credit to your credit card or an even exchange for the product.
